JR NAGOYA STATION ATM CORNERS (K.S)

Nagoya station is famous for being easy to get lost. It is difficult to find something for tourists. Therefore, I will introduce the ATM corners of JR Nagoya station including location, the way to go to the ATM and the ATM type.

 Inside of JR NAGOYA station there are 2 ATM corners. One is “Sakura-dōri guchi”ATM corner (A in the map). The other one is “Sky shuttle” ATM corner (B). 

 Also, I will introduce the west side ATM corner in the “Umaimon-dōri” (D) near the shinkan-sen.

  I will explain how to get there by using KIN NO TOKEI: gold clock (C) on the east side and GIN NO TOKEI: silver clock (E) on the west side as a reference point.

 1.ATM in the JR Nagoya station that accept overseas credit card

 Nagoya station ATM that accept overseas credit card are Yūcho bank ATMs that are

in the “Sakura-dōri guchi” ATM corner(A) and the Seven eleven ATMs that are in the“Umaimon- dōri”(D).

2.“Sakura-dōri guchi” ATM corner

 Looking the KIN NO TOKEI from the opposite side of escalator, walk to the left (north wise).

 The ATM corner is located after walking through “amano+”(drugstore), “ Bellmart”, ticket machines of shinkan-sen, “JR sakura-dōri” entrance, JR ticket machines and “Hattendo” (八天堂). The picture shows JR ticket machines.

 This picture shows whole view of the corner. It is divided into 2 corners and you

can use the overseas card with Yūcho bank in the back side.

  Here there are 5 types of ATM : Aichi bank, Chukyo bank, Resona bank(2 machines), Mitsubishi-UFJ bank(5 machines), Yūcho bank(5 machines).

3.“Sky shuttle” ATM corner

 Go diagonally to the right from in front of the KIN NO TOKEI looking at it from the opposite of the escalator, and turn right the corner of TAKASHIMAYA.

 After that go pass through the elevetor and staires the connect to the underground. You will find the ATM corner at end of the road.

 Here there are 6 types of ATM : Mitsubishi -UFJ bank(2 machines), Ogaki-kyoritsu bank, Shin-yō kinko, Resona bank, Juroku bank,JA bank Aichi. There is not ATM that accept overseas cards.

4.“Umaimon-dōri”near the shinkan-sen

 Stand between the GIN NO TOKEI and huge electronic billboard and Pass through the assert that is on the side of the shinkan.

 Pass through the right assert. You will see a “DELICA STATION”, “MINO MISHO”(美濃味匠), SEIJO ISHII(成城石井) from front.

 After that, go pass through the “Cuitte”, “DOUTOR”, stationmaster office,

“Bellmart kiosk”. And enter the “Umaimon-dōri”.

 Enter the street and pass through some restaurants: “McDonalds”, “Spaghetti House CHAO”, “YAMAYA”, “Hitsumabushi-MARUYA”, and “ORAGA-soba”

 Here there are seven bank ATM and Mizuho bank ATM in front and left side of the

“Matsumoto-kiyoshi”(マツモトキヨシ) that is at the end of the road. You can use the

overseas card with Seven bank in here.
